Positive: The hotel was easy to find, just a short walk from the tram stop. Staff very friendly and helpful Room ideal for a short stay. Equipped with all that you need Comfortable bed. Clean bathroom with whirlpool bath Would stay again

Negative: The room we had does not feature in the pictures on the Booking.com website. A 'charm' room that did not, to our thinking, seem very charming. Black lace, pink paintwork and a strange naked breast art work gave a slightly sleezy impression.

Summary: Ideal for what we required for our Christmas Market visit

Positive: Staff was very friendly and helpful, giving us recommendations of where to get food. We travelled with a baby and the baby package was great (crib and bottle warmer). The room was big and comfortable, the bathroom was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable.

Negative: The hotel was undergoing renovations and the breakfast area was a bit small. Other than that it's a great hotel.

Positive: Nice position to get into the centre. Comfy and large rooms. Comfy bed. Nice breakfast. Lovely and helpful staff.

Negative: The room we had looked nothing like the pictures on Booking.com. The furniture was ugly clear perspex! Looked rather dated.
